Create a plan and make it your own. Don’t fool yourself into following someone else’s timeline. Make your own and tailor it for yourself. This plan will keep you on your path when you are challenged with making tough decisions. It will also be a good reminder of your goals and how to achieve them because the vision has been made clear and plain. Remember that an unexecuted plan holds as much value as no plan…ZERO! Give yourself timelines and hold yourself and your team accountable. Your plan should include continuing education such as for workshops, seminars, training, or applicable courses to craft your skill. That’s right- your
success doesn’t just rely on your product or service! Your plan should also include a solid referral and networking strategy because surrounding yourself with those who believe in you is crucial to manifesting any dream! Lastly, make sure your plan allows time for no time. Read that again! You must designated time… not days but weeks that you are not available. During these scheduled downtimes you will focus on self-care, learning lessons from setbacks, and reenergizing to better understand your passion and long-term goals. Plan to win!

Fund Your Vision
Poor finances can derail even the most brilliant mind. Some people work to pursue their dreams inside or outside of the office, and some people look for savvy businesses partners to scale their organizations, others may court investors. What does funding your dream look like for you? For some, it could be taking on a second job; for others, it could be starting a side hustle. There are many funding options even not so attractive ones such as crowdsourcing, asking family and
friends, and gulp…going on a tight budget to be able to shift extras funds to your venture. I can’t promise you financial stability but I can promise you that not running away from your finances and developing a good relationship with money will be necessary for your success. Face it head on and don’t grow weary. Push through! While you are waiting on your financial breakthrough stay positive and still be giving of your time an resources to other likeminded movers and
shakers. A giving spirit attracts others like a magnet and helping others is a great way to gain experience and trust. Give and receive.

When you excel at your craft it shows. Add that to a good work ethic and nothing will stop you. You can find your own success by honing your creative passions and talents. Allow yourself to experience the whole journey, the good and the bad; it all becomes a part of you. Challenges and sometimes rejection can be the best teachers.
